Application and Agreement

Companies and organizations who wish to participate in Defense Asia 2006 should submit an application form to the organizer.
The agreement will be concluded when both parties sign the contract and applicant completes the payment.

Pay ment

Payments for participation are required to all the exhibitors. All the payments should be done by wire transfer to the bank designated by the organizer in accordance with the following schedule.

Before May 1, 2006	The initial payment of 50% should be paid within 2 weeks from the date that the invoice is issued, and the balance 50% should be paid by May 1.
After May1, 2006 (including May1)	100% of total payment

Rates

Indoor-Shell Scheme
	• Price: USD520/sqm • Over a minimum of 9sqm is required • Type A: 3m(L) X 3m(W) = 9sqm • Type B: 4m(L) X 3m(W) = 12sqm • Space and a turnkey stand as below are offered to exhibitors. - 220V(60Hz) 1kW electricity, 1 two-socket unit , 3 spotlights - 1 information desk, 2 foldable chairs, 1 waste basket - Fascia board, stand number - Needle punch carpet floor - Free invitations and parking tickets based on booked exhibition scale - Daily stand and waste basket cleaning service during exhibition period - Free listing in the official exhibition directory * For Type B, 1 warehouse(1mX1m), 1 table and 3 foldable chairs are offered in addition

Indoor-Raw Space
	• Price: USD470/sqm • Over a minimum of 36 sqm is required • Only the space for stands is offered. Exhibitors should construct and dismantle the stands themselves. • Exhibitors are required to build their stand on a raised platform 10cm high • Making holes and nailing on the floor which may damage the floor are strictly prohibited. • All exhibitors must get approval of their stand drawings. • - The maximum height of raw space stand is 4m including the height of the platform.

Outdoor Space
	• Price: USD200/sqm • Over a minimum of 25sqm is required. • Only space for stand is offered. Exhibitors should construct and dismantle the stand themselves. - Outdoor space stand should be constructed on the platform over at least of 10cm from the ground. - Making holes and nailing on the floor which may damage the floor are strictly prohibited. - All exhibitors must get approval of their stand drawings. - The maximum height of outdoor space stand is 4m including the height of the platform.

Outdoor Static Display

The exhibitors who apply for chalet or over 100sqm stand can exhibit actual objects or mock-up such as MBT, combat and armored vehicles, helicopters, UGV/UAV free of charge.
No structures and facilities are allowed around exhibited equipment.

Chalet, a separated quality meeting place where exhibitors can serve and consult with their valued clients, will be situated near the live mobility demonstration area.

Chalets include facilities as below, while interior, furniture, air-conditioning system and cleaning service must be arranged by the exhibitors.

• 220V(60Hz) 2kW electricity, lighting
• Water supply and drainage system
• Glass door, plywood flooring, painted walls(inside and outside)
• 1 toilet, 1 pantry, garden

Live mobility Demonstration

Exhibitors will be able to get a good opportunity to promote their state-of-the-art equipment to trade visitors through a live mobility demonstration.

The exhibitors who apply for chalet or over 100sqm stand can participate in the live mobility demonstrations of their main battle tanks and armored vehicles, helicopters, UGV/UAV free of charge.

Main battle tanks, armored vehicles and UGVs will show acceleration and speed, and obstacles overcoming test's demonstration. Helicopters and UAVs will show max maneuvering.

Live mobility Demonstration will take place twice a day( 11:00 , 14:00 ), throughout the exhibition period.

Live Firing
	Live firing will be held at Seung-Jin Firing Range in Pocheon, Gyeonggi-Do, on Oct. 20(Fri), 14:00 ~ 16:00. This will be a good chance to promote exhibitors' superior firing equipment to participants and VIPs from all over the world. Exhibitors who apply for chalet or over 100sqm stand can participate in the live firing, free of charge. The 5^th Corps of ROK Army will demonstrate the Live Firing.
